چند سیکنڈ میں مضامین لکھنے اور دیگر مفید معلومات فراہم کرنے کے لئے مصنوعی ذہانت چیٹ جی پی ٹی کی حیرت انگیز صلاحیتوں پر عالمی سطح پر شور ہے، کیونکہ پوری دنیا میں لوگ چیٹ بوٹس کو استعمال کرنا چاہتے ہیں، یہ انسانوں کی طرح گفتگو کی نقل کرتا ہے اور انٹرنیٹ سے ڈیٹا چھاٹنے کے بعد بہترین مضامین لکھتا ہے لیکن اب خطرے کی گھنٹیاں بج رہی ہیں کہ بنی نوع انسان کےلئے ایک آنے والی تباہی بہت نزدیک ہے۔ اس کے بانی کا کہنا ہے کہ ایک ایسا نظام بنانا جو خود انسانی ذہانت کا مقابلہ کرے یا اس سے بھی آگے نکل جائے،نسل انسانی کےلئے بہت ذیادہ خطرناک ثابت ہوسکتا ہے، انہوں نے خدشہ ظاہر کیا کہ یہ خود ہی شروع ہوجائےگا اور خود ہی اپنے آپ کو ترقی یافتہ شکل میں ڈیزائن کرے گا۔ جیفرے ہتن وہ واحد شخص نہیں ہے جو مصنوعی ذہانت کی تیز رفتار ترقی سے پریشان ہے، مشہور برطانوی سائنسدان سٹیفن باکنگ نے عالمی موبائل ساز کیمپنی کے شریک بانی کے ساتھ ایک خط پر دستخط کئے تھے، جس میں وارننگ دی گئی تھی کہ مصنوعی ذہانت سے انسانیت کو گہرے خطرات لاحق ہیں، انہوں نے 2014 میں بی بی سی کو انٹرویو دیتے ہوئے کہا تھا کہ مصنوعی ذہانت کی ترقی نسل انسانی کے خاتمے کا آغاز کرسکتی ہے، ان خطرات کے باوجود اس پراجیکٹ پر کام جاری ہے، اس کے متعلق بہت سے ماہرین کا خیال ہے کہ انسانیت اپنی ےتباہی کی طرف جاری ہے۔

انسان ہمیشہ سے نئی ایجاد ات کا متوالا ہے، آج ہم جو آرام دہ زندگی گزار رہے ہیں، یہ سب سائنس کا ہی کمال ہےلیکن بعض چیزیں ایسی تخلیق ہوجاتی ہیں جس کی وجہ سے انسان خود ہی خوفزدہ ہوکر رہ جاتا ہے۔ سب سے پہلے تو ترقی کیوجہ سے ماحول کی تباہی کا منظر بڑا خوفناک ہے، ترقی کے نام پر قدرتی ماحول کو تباہ کر کے رکھ دیا ہے، ہزاروں لاکھوں پرانے پہاڑی گلیشیئرز ختم ہورہے ہیں،م ایمیزون سمیت دوسرے جنگلات کو ختم کیا جارہا ہے، جس سے ماحول تباہ ہورہا ہے جنگکہ جنگلی حیات بھی ختم ہورہی ہیں، پاکستان جیسے پسماندہ ممالک ذیادہ خطرے سے دوچار ہیں۔ ایٹمی اسلحہ اور تنصیبات بھی ماحول اور انسان کےلئے خطرناک ہیں۔ اسی طرح کلوننگ کی کوششوں کو بند کردیا گیا ہے، جس مجیں ایک انسان کی شکل کا دسرا انسان بنایا جاتا تھا، جب اس میں انسا نی خطرے کا احساس ہوا تو اس پروگرام پر پابندی لگا دی گئی۔ اب ایسے روبوٹ بنانے کی فکر جو سارا کام خود کرے گی، میٹرک کے انگلش کورس میں ایک مضمون تھا جس میں مشینیں انسانوں پر حاکم ہوجاتی ہیں، اس طرح کی فلمیں بھی بنائی گئی ہیں، جن میں روبوٹ انسانوں سے بغاوت کردیتے ہیں، قسم قسم کے ہتھیاروں کے علاوہ مختلف قسم کے جراثیمی ہتھیار بھی انسانوں خاتمہ کا آغاز ہیں صرف ایک بظاہر ہر بےضرر اور فائدہ مند چیز جو کہ ہم لاؤڈسپیکر کے نام سے جانتے ہیں کو دیکھ لیں، جس کے استعمال سے مذہبی فرقہ واریت کے علاوہ سور کی آلودگی میں بھی بےپناہ اضافہ ہوگیا ہے۔ جیسے جیسے مصنوعی ذہانت ذیادہ نفیس ہوتا جاتا ہے یہ پیشنگوئی کرنا مشکل ہوجاتا ہے کہ بعض حالات میں یہ کیسے برتاؤ کرےگا؟ بعض ردعمل سے تباکن نتائج بھی برآمد ہوسکتے ہیں۔ ان میں احتساب کی کمی ہے، یہ سسٹم انسانی مدد کے بغیر خودکار انداز میں کام اور فیصلے کرتے ہیں۔ مصنوعی ذہانت کے سسٹم کو ہتھیار بھی بنایاجاسکتا ہے۔ جس کے تباہ کن نتائج برآمد ہوسکتے ہیں۔ قاتل روبوٹ جیسے خودکار ہتھیار بھی بنائے جاسکتے ہیں۔ سو سے زائد ہداف پر حملہ کرنے والے سوارم ڈرون بھی تیار ہوچکے ہیں جو خودکار انداز میں فیصلے اور حملے کرتے ہیں، چھوٹے چھوٹے ڈرونز بنائے گئے ہیں جو انسانی چہرہ شناخت کرسکتے ہیں، ایسے ڈرونز ہجوم والے مقامات پر بھی چہرہ شناخت کرکے اپنے ہدف کو ختم کرسکتے ہیں، سپردھین مشین تیزی سے اپنے آپ کو بہتر بنانے کی صلاحیت رکھتی ہیں، جس سے ان کی صلاحیت میں اضافہ ہوگا۔ اس سے ایک بڑی خطرناک صورتحال پیدا ہوسکتی ہے ۔ جہاں پر مشینیں انسان سے ذیادہ ذہین ہوجائیگی۔ جیسے جیسے یہ سسٹم ترقی کرےگا تو اس میں وسیع پیمانے پر صنعتوں میں انسانی قوت کی جگہ لنے کی صلاحیت ہوگی، جسکی وجہ سے بڑے پیمانے پر بےروزگاری میں اضافے کا خدشہ ہوگا۔ اب انسان کو اس ایجاد پر قابو پانے کی ضرورت کا کام درپیش ہے۔

اس سسٹم کو اگر احتیاط اور محفوظ انداز سے تیار کیا جائے تو اس سسٹم کے فائدے بھی بہت زیادہ ہیں طب سے سے لے کر مالیات تک، تعلیم سے لےکر نقل و حمل تک، یہ ہماری زندگی کے ہر پہلو میں انقلاب لانے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے، خاص کر صحت کی دیکھ بھال میں اس کی بہت زیادہ افادیت ہے۔ اس میں بیماریوں کی سست اور تیز تشخیص کی صلاحیت ہے۔ نقل و حمل کو بھی محفوظ  اور زیادہ مؤثر بنانے کی صلاحیت ہے۔ خودکار نظام سے چلنے والی گاڑیں اور ٹرک انسانی غلطی سے ہونے والے حادثات کو کم کرسکتے ہیں  اور ٹریفک کی روانی کو بہتر بنایا جاسکتا ہے، بس احتیاط کی ضرورت ہے۔

GOOGLE'S FORAY INTO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

San Francisco Google has announced the addition of an artificial intelligence-based conversational program to Google Search that will be officially unveiled at the Google IO conference, a kind of advanced chatbot called "Mackey." Name has been given. The developer has made it in the style of ChatGPT, previously Microsoft had announced to add ChatGPT to its Bing browser, but it has not yet been implemented, that is why Google has made started work on and on the other hand has also started an AI project like Bard, but more details of it may come out on or after the May 10, 2023 event. On the other hand, analysts have said that the scope of the search is very wide. These include social media posts, short videos, and AI-based conversations. According to the Wall Street Journal, Google wants the web to be more refined and humanized than the traditional links, images, and videos. According to analysts, this feature will also make it easier to search within TikTok videos, YouTube is included in the project due to its ownership by Google.
