The modern technology that we have in our hands today is the result of this research in which researchers are engaged in research in every corner of the world. We are Muslims, research is given great importance in our religion. Our religion says to look at the signs of nature and meditate on them. How are these things created? From its ingredients we can make something new and as soon as we make it, can it be useful to humanity, and if it can be, make it in a better way so that it can be useful to more humanity. We have been commanded to go to the bottom of things and to explore them, to consider the structure of these things and consider the aspects of the government hidden in them. of are Ships were built by looking at birds. Ships and submarines were made by studying the creatures that float on the surface and under the water, and the fact is that most of the early important inventions of human development are of Muslims, because for a time Muslims understood the meaning of meditation and new New investigations were conducted and new results were obtained. If we look at it from a scientific point of view, the Muslims who understood the true meaning of contemplation of objects had invented thousands of new objects. Today we feel proud that many inventions in science are of Muslims, but then why have we left this work to the West. There was a time when the West was in darkness and many scientists were put to death by their religious leaders. Europe killed many scientists who revealed the truth of the matter. Many scientists who said that the earth revolves around the sun have been materialized, today we will be dependent on others for everything due to being left behind in scientific development. We have to change our thinking now and stand on our own feet instead of depending on others. The losses we have suffered due to the corona epidemic and recent floods, now that the recovery efforts are going on, we can only succeed with the help of modern technology. It is an accepted fact that the damage that has been done to the country in the field of agriculture is not easily possible, the floods have made the fertile lands uncultivable, now it is modern technology with the help of agriculture. One can stand on one's feet again and with the help of technology this difficult phase can be easily resolved. Although the land that has not been affected by floods is small, it is necessary to bring out such commodities through research that will help to get more production from this less land. Thus, another sector that can bring us out of these difficult situations is investment in education to bring out people with skills that match the requirements of the modern age. There is no reason for them to find a way to earn while sitting at home. In this situation, we should also benefit from the experiences that many countries have made in the Corona epidemic and its subsequent situation. The level of development that China is at today is only the result of the education and research that the Chinese leadership focused on and today it is a leading country in the world. We can also bring Pakistan to the height of development by investing in the field of technology, education and research. For this purpose, there is a need to develop research at the level of universities where students can increase their skills through various experiences and pave the way for new inventions for the country and the nation, this is the way of sustainable development.

 

قوموں کی ترقی میں تحقیق کا کردار

اس وقت جو اقوام عالمی منظرنامے پر راج کررہی ہیں ان کو یہ مقام تحقیق و تجسس کے باعث حاصل ہوا ہے۔ آج جو جدید ٹیکنالوجی ہمارے ہاتھوں میں ہے وہ اسی تحقیق کا نتیجہ ہے جس میں دنیا کے گوشے گوشے میں ریسرچ کرنے والے محقیقین مصروف ہیں۔ ہم مسلمان ہیں، ہمارے مذہب میں ریسرچ کو بڑی اہمیت  دی گئی ہے۔ ہمارا مذہب کہتا ہے کہ قدرت کی نشانیوں کو دیکھو اور ان میں غور کرو۔ یہ چیزیں کس طرح پیدا کی گئی ہیں۔ اس کے اجزائے ترکیبی سے ہم کوئی نئی چیز بنا سکتے ہیں اور بناسکتے ہی تو کیا یہ انسانیت کے کام آسکتی ہے، اور آسکتی ہے تو اس کو مزید بہتر طریقے سے بنائیں تاکہ یہ زیادہ سے زیادہ انسانیت کے کام آسکے۔ ہمیں اشیاء کی تہہ تک جانے اور کھوجنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ ان چیزوں کی بناوٹ پر غور کرواور ان میں پوشیدہ حکومت کے پہلوؤں پر تدبر کرو غور کیا جائے تو واضح ہوگا کہ انسان نے جتنی ایجادات کی ہیں وہ مظاہر قدرت کو دیکھ کر ہی کی ہیں۔ پرندوں کو دیکھ کر جہاز بنائے گئے۔ جسمندر پر تیرنے والے اور پانی کے نیچے تیرنے والی مخلوقات کا مطالعہ کرکے بحری جہاز اور آبدوز بنے اور حقیقت تو یہ ہے کہ انسانی ترقی کی ابتدائی اہم ایجادات میں سے اکث مسلمانوں کی ہیں کیونکہ ایک زمانے تک مسلمانوں نے غور کا مطلب سمجھا تھا اور نئی نئی تحقیقات کی تھیں اور نئے نئے نتائج حاصل کیے تھے۔ اگر ہم سائنسی لحاظ سے دیکھیں تو جن مسلمانوں نے اشیاء پر غور کرنے کا اصل مطلب سمجھا تھا انہوں نے ہزاروں نئی اشیاء ایجاد کرلی تھیں۔ آج ہم یہ فخر محسوس کرتے ہیں کہ سائنس میں بہت سسی ایجادات مسلمانوں کی ہیں مگر اس کے بعد ہم نے کیوں یہ کام مغرب پر چھوڑ دیا ہے۔ ایک زمانہ تھا کہ مغرب پر تاریکی چھائی ہوئی تھی اور وہاں پر بہت سے سائنسدان ان کے مذہبی رہنماؤں کے ہاتھوں موت کے گھاٹ اتارے گئے یورپ نے بہت سے ایسے سائنسدانوں کو تہہ تیغ کیا کہ جنہوں نے معاملے کی حقیقت کو ظاہر کیا۔ زمین کے سورج کے گرد چکر لگانے کا کہنے والے کئی سائنسدان مادیئے گئے، آج ہم سائنسی ترقی میں پیچھے رہ جانے کے باعث ہر چیز کےلئے دوسروں کے محتاج ہوگے ہیں۔ ہمیں اب اپنی سوچ بدلنی ہوگی اور دوسروں پر انحصار کرنے کی بجائے خود اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑا ہونا ہوگا۔ کورونا وباء اور حال ہی میں سیلابوں سے ہمیں جو نقصانات ہوئے ہیں ، اب جبکہ بحالی کی کوششیں جاری ہیں تو اس میں جدید ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد لے کر ہی ہم کامیاب ہوسکتے ہیں۔ یہ تو ایک مانی ہوئی حقیقت ہے کہ وطن عزیز کو اس وقت زراعت کے شعبے میں جو نقصان ہوا ہے اس کا ازالہ آسانی سے ممکن نہیں، سیلابوں نے زرخیز زمینوں کا ناقابل کاشت بنادیا ہے، اب یہ جدید ٹیکنالوجی ہے جس کی مدد سے زراعت کو ایک بار پھر اپنے پاؤں پر کھڑا کیا جاسکتا ہے اور ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے یہ مشکل مرحلہ آسانی سے طے ہوسکتا ہے۔ جو زمین سیلابوں کی زد میں نہیں آئی تو وہ اگرچہ تھوڑی ہے تاہم تحقیق کے ذریعے ایسی اجناس کو سامنے لانا ضروری ہے جواس کم زمین سے زیادہ پیداوار حاصل کرنے میں مدد دے۔ اس طرح ایک اور شعبہ جو ہمیں ان مشکل حالات سے نکال سکتا ہے وہ تعلیم میں سرمایہ کاری ہے تاکہ جدید دور کے تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ مہارت رکھنے والے افراد کو سامنے لایا جاسکے اس وقت آن لائن کاروبار کاد وردورہ ہے ہمارے نوجوان اگر اس طرف توجہ دیں تو کوئی وجہ نہیں کہ وہ گھر بیٹھے کمائی کا راستہ ڈھونڈ سکیں اس تمام صورتحال میں دیکھا جائے تو کئی ممالک نے کورونا وباء اور اس کے بعد کی صورتحال میں جس طرح حالات کو اپنے موافق بنایا ہے ان تجربات سے ہمیں بھی فائدہ اٹھانا چاہئیے۔ چین آج ترقی کی جس بلندی پر ہے وہ صرف تعلیم و تحقیق کا نتیجہ ہے جس پر چینی قیادت نے اپنی توجہ مرکوز کررکھی تھی اور آج وہ دنیا کی قیادت کرنے والا ملک ہے۔ پاکستان کو بھی ہم ٹیکنالوجی او تعلیم و تحقیق کے میدان میں سرمایہ کاری ذریعے ترقی کی بلندی پر پہنچا سکتے ہیں۔ اس مقصد کےلئے یونیوسٹیوں کی سطح پر تحقیق کو ترقی دینے کی ضرورت ہے جہاں طلبہ مختلف تجربات کے ذریعے اپنی مہارت میں اضافہ کریں اور ملک و قوم  کے لئے نئی ایجادات کی راہ ہموار کریں یہی پائیدار ترقی کا راستہ ہے۔

It has been ranked among the top 10 most downloaded apps this year. This means that a different and less stressful social media app is growing in popularity among people. For most platforms like Tik Tok YouTube or Facebook, the problem is their algorithm or their business model. The time a typical user spends on social media apps is sold to social media or advertising companies. This data is analyzed to improve the apps and sometimes this data is sold to third parties. This business model underlies the problems associated with social media, such as the effects on mental health, user retention, data privacy issues, and the spread of misinformation. Apps are trying to create a decentralized culture to deal with this problem. Its purpose is to give the user control over the content published, rather than an algorithm. Mastodon is one of those apps. Instead of one central server, several interconnected servers manage user accounts. Each of these servers has its own rules and regulations, this new structure, known as a federated system, connects users of one server with users of other servers. Compared to platforms like Twitter, communities on Mastodon have the freedom to create their own rules. After Elon Musk bought Twitter, the Mastodon app grabbed the headlines because it was the app that users joined after leaving Twitter. Some experts have expressed doubts about this. According to him, the decentralized policy of these new platforms can make the process of monitoring content and deleting inappropriate or harmful posts difficult.
